ASA Aquatics Academy
For Upper Primary Level 5 or 6 and Middle School Levels 4-6 swimmers, HKIS Aquatics Academy offers the group Learn To Train following the framework of HKIS’s adapted Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. Students continue stroke and skill development while being introduced to elements of using swimming for training and fitness purposes.
