What To Expect

Before Leaving Home

Although we have systems to assist your child in finding their ASA each afternoon, it’s beneficial to remind them before they leave home. Inform them about which ASA they will attend and how they will get home. This knowledge can help boost their confidence regarding their schedule.

ASA Absence

If your child will be at school but not attending their regularly scheduled ASA, please notify us by submitting an ASA Absence Notification Form. For further details, please click here

After School Care (ASC)

For more information about ASC, please click here.

3 PM Activities (Grades 1 and above)

Registered ASA G1- G2 students will be transitioned from class to the waiting area where each provider will arrive and escort the students to their respective ASA. Upper Primary students will be directed to their respective ASA locations.

4 PM Activities

Grades 3 - 5 students in After School Care (ASC) will be directed to their 4pm activity 5 minutes before it starts.

Any students enrolled in both 3pm and 4pm activities will also be directed to their 4pm activities in a timely manner.

Any R1 - Grade 2 students currently enrolled only in 4pm activities can be dropped off at the Lower Primary guard booth. Our Activities staff will be on hand to help supervise your child from 3:50pm, whilst they wait to go up to their class with the activity leader. Please be aware that 4pm activities for R1 - G2 are designed for students that live in close vicinity to the school as there is no ASC for R1-G2 students.
