After School Care Program (Upper Primary)
Eligibility & Registration
Grade 3–5 students enrolled in a 4:00 PM activity are automatically enrolled in ASC if they do not have a 3:00 PM activity. No registration is required.
Schedule & Location
ASC runs Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, in the Upper Primary Dining Hall (4th Floor) and the 5th Floor Playground. Students are guided to meet their 4:00 PM activity instructors at the 5/F playground 5 minutes before they begin.
Supervision & Snacks
ASC students are supervised by educational assistants, who will help direct students to meet their activity instructors on the 5/F playground 5 minutes before they begin. Snacks may be brought from home and eaten in designated areas.
Opting Out
ASC is optional. To withdraw your child for specific days, email the Activities Office at activities@hkis.edu.hk . For full-term withdrawal, complete the withdrawal form HERE.
