*Please note that we implement a mandatory bussing policy for both morning and afternoon dismissal from the school, except for students who are registered walkers. Find out more.

Registration Process

Step 1 - Application

1. Browse all offered courses then complete the registration form.

2. Once you have selected the course/s for your child/children, you check (√) the box in front of the course title/s and scroll up and press "register". This will take you to our new online registration page where you will need to input student information and parent contact information etc

3. If you are a HKIS family member please have your student number ready, this can be found by logging into powerschool, or you can locate it on your billing invoices, or for older students, it is the numbers used in your child's HKIS email address

4. Upon completion of registration, you will receive an acknowledgment confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE THAT UNTIL YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT IS COMPLETED, YOUR PLACE IN THE COURSE IS NOT YET SECURED.

Step 2 - Fee

1. Please ensure that you process your payment once you complete the online registration. If you encounter any issues with making the payment, please contact the Summer Programs Office for assistance.

2. Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive a confirmation.

3. Please note that a minimum of 8 enrollments is required to confirm a class. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, we will reach out to you before the registration deadline.

HKIS staff should contact the Summer Program Office prior to making any payment.

Step 3 - Bus and Lunch Services

These services are managed directly by the following service providers:

1. Bus Service: Please register HERE with Kwoon Chung Motors Co. Ltd,. Please see registration period above. Find out more.

2. Lunch Service: This service is only applicable for full-day students attending both morning and afternoon blocks. Students will have the option of ordering lunch through our caterer (Sodexo) or bringing their own packed lunch to school. Sodexo will reach out to families directly regarding lunch order.
