A unique, year-long flagship program for students aged 13–15 (G8–G9), building the real-world foundations of finance, negotiation and innovation. Delivered in school during ECA by experienced instructors, with external guest speakers from industry. Students complete a final pitch project and receive an official Ephebos Mini-MBA certificate.

1. Finance & Personal Wealth

Economy basics — inflation and interest rates; budgeting and managing personal expenses; personal finance and wealth strategies; long- vs short-term investing; stocks, bonds, real estate and private equity.

2. Negotiation & Real-World Prep

Negotiation techniques and BATNA; why taxes matter; understanding a payslip (net vs gross); internship and career preparation.

3. AI & Business Innovation

How AI is reshaping business; prompting and practical AI tools; building innovative business ideas; the ethics and risks of AI.

Included: 2 external guest-speaker sessions (on line and in-person with industry professionals)
