Pilates
Pilates focuses on core-strength, flexibility, posture and mindful movement. Learn to use your body weight along with the mat, blocks and bands to build strength from the inside. Beginners to experts are all welcome, and this class will be over so quickly because most of all it is fun! Classes are approximately 45 minutes long.

Wellness Swimming Program
The purpose of the Wellness Swimming Program is to provide opportunities for aquatics activities such as lap swimming, individual fitness training, water games, and socializing around the pool. Pool access is offered to HKIS faculty, staff, and immediate family members. Two lifeguards will be on duty during recreational swim time. Registration to use the pools consists of three steps: completing this form, attending a brief orientation at the pool (contact aquatics@hkis.edu.hk), and submitting your HKIS card number after the orientation.

Yoga
Hatha Yoga for all levels, learn the basic poses but also expand your yoga practice in this class. Experience a very inclusive, non-judgemental and fun environment, create strength in your body, but also take advantage of the stretching and mediation which will be included in every class. Zumba Dance Fitness
This energizing class kicks off with a full-body warmup before flowing into fun, high-energy choreography set to aerobic dance sequences that will keep your heart pumping. You’ll then shift to targeted floor work to strengthen your legs and abs, and finish strong with a relaxing stretch to cool down. Led by Eribel, a skilled instructor from Glenda Allen Fitness trained in both dance and fitness, this class blends rhythm, strength, and stamina into one dynamic workout you won’t want to miss!
