Pilates
Program Overview
Pilates focuses on core-strength, flexibility, posture and mindful movement. Learn to use your body weight along with the mat, blocks and bands to build strength from the inside. Beginners to experts are all welcome, and this class will be over so quickly because most of all it is fun! Classes are approximately 45 minutes long.
