Program Overview

The Jiu-Jitsu program focuses on grappling and ground control using a progressive skill-building framework. Core techniques include break-falls, guard positions, sweeps, escapes, and submissions such as arm bars and chokes. Emphasis is placed on leverage, timing, and technique rather than brute strength. Safety measures include clean mats, controlled sparring, and close instructor supervision. Participants will improve flexibility, core strength, and problem-solving skills, while building a foundation in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu principles for both sport and self-defense.
