Join our brand-new Fitness & Technique swimming group — designed specifically for High School students who want to build confidence in the water while mastering proper swimming strokes. Whether you're looking to refine your technique, boost your fitness, or simply feel more comfortable swimming, this group is for you.

Meeting once per week, you'll work on stroke development and refinement while engaging in dynamic fitness-focused activities that build strength, endurance, and water skills all at once. No pressure, just progress. Come dive in and discover what you're capable of!

When: Mondays 3:00 - 4:00 pm, starting from August 31 to January 25

Who: High School students ready to improve their swimming ability and fitness
