Cardio Boxing
Program Overview
The cardio boxing program blends fitness conditioning with striking fundamentals. Key elements include stance and guard positioning, footwork drills, jab–cross combinations, hooks, and uppercuts, along with defensive techniques such as slips, parries, and rolls. Sessions emphasize high-intensity interval training to build endurance, speed, and coordination. Safety is prioritized through proper hand wraps, gloves, and supervised pad work. Participants will develop cardiovascular fitness, agility, and striking accuracy while gaining confidence in boxing fundamentals.
