Tai Chi
A fun and age-appropriate introduction to authentic Yang-style Tai Chi for elementary students. The program focuses on gentle movements, breathing, balance, coordination, and mindfulness. Schedule: Wednesday 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Fee: $2,600 (13 classes)
Location: DCAA Functional Movement Room
Attire: Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and flat shoes (or non-slip socks) are recommended. Please avoid jeans, tight clothing, and shoes with thick soles.

Tai Chi & Qigong*
A relaxing introduction to authentic Yang-style Tai Chi designed for adults. The program focuses on gentle flowing movements, coordinated breathing, balance, and mindfulness. Suitable for beginners and those with some experience, it helps participants reduce stress, improve posture and flexibility, and cultivate a sense of calm and well-being in a supportive group setting.
