Program Overview

Learn to play the most fun, exciting, social and inclusive sport: Dodgeball! In this class, all participants will learn and practice teamwork, sportsmanship, building strategies, and reflexes in a fast paced game. Playing dodgeball help build reflexes and reaction time, which will be beneficial for other sports. Operated by Hong Kong Dodgeball Association, will have integration to the numerous HKDA youth dodgeball events and tournaments.
