The program also covers Judo etiquette, emphasizing respect and mutual benefit. Safety is a priority, with thorough ukemi training before progressing to throws. The focus is on balance, off-balancing opponents, and developing full-body strength. Judo participants will gain confidence in falling safely and develop grip strength and overall coordination. This program is aimed at beginners, offering a structured approach to learning with a focus on technique, safety, and progression.
