Wrestling (Monday)
The wrestling program focuses on fundamental skills using the "7 Basic Skills" framework. Key elements include stance and motion, level change and penetration steps, lifting and back arch techniques, as well as defensive moves like downblocks and sprawls. It emphasizes safety, requiring proper mats, thorough warm-ups, and close supervision during live wrestling. Participants will develop strength, conditioning, balance, and defensive skills, with a foundation in Olympic Freestyle techniques.
