Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to submit one-off changes—from bus to pick-up—via SchoolsBuddy at least 24 hours in advance. This helps ensure that all relevant parties are informed of the updated dismissal arrangements.
We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, please contact the Activities Office by email or call us at 2812-5620 as early as possible.
Dismissal at 4:00 PM
There are four options for dismissal at 4:00 PM:
School bus
Registered walker
Private car pick-up
Transition to a 4:00 pm ASA on campus
School Bus
Regular bus riders with a 3:00 PM activity will be automatically registered to ride the 4:00 PM bus home, unless otherwise notified.
The 4:00 PM bus number is printed in a box on the bus card. (See red box in picture below.)

Walker / Private Car Pick-up
All registered walkers and students to be picked up will be dismissed from the Upper Primary 5/F side gate at 4:00 PM (see picture below). Students with a ‘walker’ pass have permission to be dismissed from school independently. Otherwise, students will be expected to be picked-up by an adult.
4:00 PM ASA
Students with a 4:00 PM ASA will be dismissed to the Upper Primary 5/F Playground, where the activity instructors will meet their students, then escort them to the activity venue.
Dismissal at 4:45 PM, 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM
There are two options for dismissal at 4:00 PM:
Registered walker / pick-up by feet
Private car pick-up
Please note: all students will be dismissed from the Lower Primary building only.
Registered Walker
Students with a ‘walker’ pass have permission to be dismissed from school unaccompanied.
If your child is not a registered walker, but you would like them to use public transport from Repulse Bay Road, please advise your activity provider that they can depart unaccompanied.
Pick-up by Feet
Students who do not have permission to be dismissed independently is required to be picked up by a parent / guardian, who will meet the student at the bottom of the Lower Primary stairs by the carpark entrance (see picture below). 
Private Car Pick-up
Private cars should follow a rolling pick-up system that takes place in the Lower Primary bus lay-by (see picture below). Students will be escorted to this area by their instructors, where they will be supervised by a member of staff from the Activities Office.
Please note:
Parents should remain in their cars and collect their children from the Lower Primary bus lay-by. Students cannot board their cars outside of the lay-by.
It will take at least 5 -10 minutes for students to transition from their activity to the pick-up point. Please do not arrive early or you may be asked to make a “loop”.
We aim to create a “loop” between the roundabout at the bottom of the hill (South Bay Road) and the school bus lay-by. This system allows access for those dropping students off for activities, our residents returning to campus, and our neighbors to access their homes.
To reduce traffic congestion, please refrain from parking and/or waiting on the hill (see picture below).
Dismissal at 6:00 PM and after
The bus lay-by gates will be closed. Please park close to the Lower Primary entrance gates and try to leave a suitable space between cars when waiting on the hill to reduce the impact on the flow of traffic.
Please be mindful of students crossing the road as you approach school.
You can communicate directly with you child's activity instructor to discuss dismissal arrangements.
