Arrival at 4:00 PM
With 12 buses parked on the roadway in front of the Lower Primary entrance and students boarding at 4 pm all drivers should be cautious.
Activities Office staff will be stationed at the Lower Primary guard booth to supervise students arriving for their 4:00 PM activities. Instructors will collect students from this location. Please do not park or wait in this area.
For students who are independent walkers, please use the designated drop-off zone under the bridge. This allows them to enter the building safely without crossing a congested roadway. If your child is arriving by taxi, kindly instruct the driver to stop in this drop-off zone as well.
For those R1 or R2 students who are unable to walk unaccompanied from the drop-off zone, you may pull into the entrance to the parking garage in the Lower Primary and hand your child into the care of the Activities Team.
Arrival at 5:00 PM & 5:30 PM
Students arriving for ASAs will need their HKIS Student ID card to access the campus.
There are two designated drop-off zones:
1. Under the Bridge:
Turn right before the Lower Primary entrance and drop off at the break in the roadside barrier. This drop-off zone allows your child access to the campus without having to cross the road, and may be easier if the queue for pick-up in the bus lay-by is already long.
If you or your child are riding in a Taxi, please ask the taxi to stop at one of the designated drop-off zones.
2. The Bus Lay-by:
Please proceed up the hill to the bus lay-by and drop students off safely undercover.
