Weekday ASA
Weekday ASA refer to Activities delivered from Monday to Friday, at 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, at HKIS Repulse Bay and Tai Tam campuses. Registration for these Activities are offered through the SchoolsBuddy platform, using a preference-based registration process. Each student can select up to five Activities.
Upper Primary students who have a 4:00 PM Activity but without a 3:00 PM Activity will be automatically enrolled in After School Care. You can read more about the ASC service HERE.
Please note that, Activities offered at Tai Tam on Monday to Friday are primarily to serve students on that campus, or Lower and Upper Primary students who live in that area.
Weekend ASA
Weekend ASA refer to Activities delivered on Saturday and Sunday, at HKIS Repulse Bay and Tai Tam campuses. Registration for these Activities is processed by our third-party Providers and leaders of our HKIS-operated programs (Aquatics, Basketball and Soccer). Registration links for weekend Activities can be located HERE.
If you wish to enroll your child in the Aquatics program (Learn to Swim, Learn to Train, Water Polo, Junior Lifeguarding), please refer to the Aquatics for registration details.

ASA Bus Service
One-off bus changes are not accepted during the first month of each ASA term.
Permanent bus changes can be made initially by completing the Jotform which is shared with families via email, prior to the start of each ASA term, after all Activities have been finalized. To make a permanent bus-change after ASA commences, please contact the bus coordinator directly.
To attend Activities at the Tai Tam campus, you need to make a bus-change request via SchoolsBuddy. It is important that students are met at the designated bus stop so they can be safely directed to their Activity. Please refer to Activity dates on the respective Activity page before making bus-change requests.
