All-Stars Sports Camp (G4 - 6) PM only

Prerequisite:

Open to students entering grade(s): Grade 4 - 6

Course Description:

All-Stars Sports Camp is a fun and active experience for students who love to move, play, and take on new challenges! Open to kids of all abilities, the camp is designed to help participants build confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy the benefits of staying active in a supportive, upbeat environment. With a mix of indoor and outdoor activities (weather permitting), the program offers plenty of opportunities to have fun, make new friends, and try something new every day.

Through team games, creative challenges, and adventure-inspired activities, campers will not only improve their athletic abilities but also discover how movement and play can boost their mood, focus, and energy. Physical activity has a powerful way of bringing people together, and the camp emphasizes teamwork, friendly competition, and the joy of shared experiences. Campers will learn to encourage each other, celebrate progress, and handle challenges with a positive mindset; key ideas borrowed from sports psychology that help athletes thrive both on and off the field.

By keeping the focus on effort, improvement, and fun, the camp helps students appreciate the value of staying active and being part of a team. Whether it’s working together to win a game, laughing over a silly challenge, or simply enjoying the freedom of movement, campers will leave with great memories, stronger connections, and a deeper appreciation for physical activity.

To help your child make the most of the camp, please send them in comfortable sportswear and athletic shoes. Don’t forget a water bottle; refill stations will be available on campus. We’re excited to help your child have a blast at All-Stars Sports Camp!
