All-Stars Sports Camp

Course Description:
All-Stars Sports Camp is an exciting opportunity for students who are enthusiastic to get active and seek adventure! The course supports students of all abilities and encourages every child to shine by giving their best effort, trying new challenges, and developing confidence through movement and play. The camp offers a dynamic mix of activities and challenges in a safe, fun, and supportive environment, with age-appropriate daily indoor and (weather permitting) outdoor programming.
Campers will challenge themselves through team games and adventure-based activities, while also building athletic skills by participating in and creating fun games. Throughout the course, campers will deepen their appreciation for physical activity and develop essential skills such as team building, cooperation, communication, collaboration, resilience, sportsmanship, leadership, and responsibility. With supportive guidance throughout, the program emphasizes active engagement, fair play, and most importantly, enjoyment for every child.
To help campers fully participate, please ensure your child comes dressed in comfortable sportswear and athletic shoes. Campers should bring a water bottle each day; refill stations are available on campus.
Learner Outcomes:
Students will:
- Participate in fun and engaging activities while learning how to play a variety of sports and recreational games
- Be given an opportunity to try new sports and recreational activities
- Further enhance current athletic skill set
- Learn the skills necessary to be a positive team player, to be gracious in defeat, and to collaborate in a supportive and constructive manner with their peers
Methodology:
- Fun, differentiated activities to cater for all abilities
- Structured sessions in traditional and non-traditional games / activities
- Group activities to promote social skills, team building, problem solving and to encourage friendships

Assessment:
- Campers are given formative assessment for, where appropriate, the setting of specific goals
- Ongoing, constructive feedback will be given in all activities throughout the duration of the camp
