Course Description

Inviting all young culinary enthusiasts to embark on an exciting journey into the world of cooking!

This hands-on course is specially designed for lower primary students to introduce them to the joys of food preparation, basic cooking techniques, kitchen safety while learning about various cuisines, ingredients and much more! Through engaging activities and delicious recipes, students will develop essential life skills, foster creativity, and cultivate a love for food and cooking. They're sure to make a mess and cook up a storm, but it's all part of the fun! At the end of every session they will bring home something delicious to enjoy - after all, who doesn't love food?

Learner Outcomes:

Students will:

  • Learn about various cuisines
  • Learn about ingredients, cooking techniques and measuring tools
  • Learn various cooking-specific vocabulary and understand how to properly read and follow recipes
  • Develop their food creativity, culinary skills and confidence.

Methodology:

Our experienced chefs will teach the students and provide them with custom-tailored recipes, safe tools and equipment, and all the necessary ingredients to ensure a safe learning and cooking experience.
