Program Overview

Baking Maniac is an online cake designer boutique who specialises in everything desserts, custom cakes, corporate events and workshops. Founded by Ankrish at the age of 12, Ankrish balanced his business and school, until he graduated and turned his passion into a full time career. Baking Maniac's 2,000 sq. ft kitchen/venue is located in Wong Chuk Hang. Baking Maniac conducts baking workshops for students at various International Schools in Hong Kong.
In our hands-on workshops, students will learn about baking techniques, different chocolates/ingredients and learn a variety of our popular recipes ranging from cupcakes, cookies, cake pops, macaron, tarts, tiramisu, buttercream cakes and fondant sculpting. In most classes students will take home their baked goodies to share and enjoy with their families.

Schedule: Thursday 3:00 - 4:00 pm / 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Fee: $8,450 (13 classes) - one class less due to UP camp
