Important information:
- Please note that the Get Ready for a Summer of Fun with Ceramics program is a stand-alone offering that will take place at our Tai Tam campus. There will be no bus service to and from the Tai Tam campus for the duration of this program.
- The program will be conducted by our HS art teacher, Ms. Tracey Cheung, in HS art room 302.
- If there is a scheduling conflict with any programs you register for in the Summer Discovery Program at Repulse Bay, please note that no make-up classes or refunds will be available.

Methodology:
The course will utilize interactive workshops that provide hands-on experiences where students can practice various ceramics techniques with guidance from an experienced ceramic teacher. Students will follow clear, step-by-step instructions for hand-building and glazing, allowing them to learn at their own pace. Collaborative group work will encourage idea sharing, fostering a supportive environment. Additionally, live demonstrations will showcase techniques in action, inspiring students to apply what they’ve learned to their own projects. Students will have some freedom to explore their interests and express their creativity. Each session will conclude with a reflection period where participants can share their work and discuss their experiences, reinforcing their learning and building confidence.
