Band Basics

Band (Upper Primary)

The Band ASA program features instruments from the Woodwind, Brass and Percussion families. Common Woodwind and Brass instruments are the Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone and Euphonium, and ‘exotic’ instruments including the Saxophone, Oboe, Bassoon and Tuba. The Band ASA also includes percussion instruments. With various instruments in each of the three Band Instrument families, the Band ensemble is full of different instruments and sounds, that come together to play rousing music like Marches, through to more delicate pieces, and also modern and popular compositions too.

After-school Conduct Expectations (ACE)

All students will be expected to show good behaviour and adhere to After-School Conduct Expectations (ACE). Parents will need to submit an acknowledgment of the ACE guidelines along with their online registration to complete the registration process.
